علق وكيل أول نقابة المهن الموسيقية في مصر الفنان حلمي عبدالباقي، على قرار إحالته إلى مجلس تأديب بقرار من نقيب الموسيقيين مصطفى كامل، مؤكداً عدم توجيه أي اتهامات له أو خضوعه لأي تحقيق رسمي حتى الآن.
وأوضح عبدالباقي في بيان رسمي أنه تقدم بطعن قانوني على قرار إداري سابق بتحويله للتحقيق، مشيراً إلى أن الجهة المختصة قررت وقف الإجراءات مؤقتاً لحين الفصل في الطعن، وأن القضاء الإداري لم يصدر حكمه بعد.
دهشة من شائعات مواقع التواصل
وأعرب عبدالباقي عن دهشته مما يتم تداوله عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي بشأن إحالته إلى مجلس تأديب، متسائلاً عن مشروعية اتخاذ مثل هذا القرار في غياب اتهامات واضحة أو تحقيق رسمي.
وأكد عبدالباقي أن ما يحدث محاولة مخطط لها لإبعاده عن منصبه، مؤكداً ثقته في ظهور الحقيقة، ومعلناً تمسكه بحقوقه واتخاذه الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة للدفاع عنها.
وكان نقيب الموسيقيين الفنان مصطفى كامل، قد أصدر أخيراً قراراً بإحالة كل من وكيل أول النقابة الفنان حلمي عبدالباقي، والسكرتير العام أحمد أبو المجد، إلى مجلس التأديب، على خلفية الأزمات الإدارية التي شهدتها النقابة أخيراً.
The first agent of the Musicians’ Syndicate in Egypt, artist Helmy Abdel-Baqi, commented on the decision to refer him to a disciplinary council by the Syndicate’s head, Mostafa Kamel, confirming that no accusations have been directed at him nor has he been subjected to any official investigation so far.
Abdel-Baqi explained in an official statement that he has filed a legal appeal against a previous administrative decision to refer him for investigation, noting that the competent authority has decided to temporarily suspend the procedures pending the resolution of the appeal, and that the administrative judiciary has not yet issued its ruling.
Astonishment at Social Media Rumors
Abdel-Baqi expressed his astonishment at what is being circulated on social media regarding his referral to a disciplinary council, questioning the legitimacy of such a decision in the absence of clear accusations or an official investigation.
He affirmed that what is happening is a planned attempt to remove him from his position, expressing his confidence in the emergence of the truth, and announcing his commitment to his rights and his intention to take the necessary legal actions to defend them.
Recently, the head of the Musicians’ Syndicate, artist Mostafa Kamel, issued a decision to refer both the first agent of the syndicate, artist Helmy Abdel-Baqi, and the general secretary, Ahmed Abu Al-Majd, to the disciplinary council, following the administrative crises that the syndicate has recently witnessed.
