تحقق النيابة العامة المصرية في بلاغ تقدم به محامي الفنان أحمد مكي، اتهم من خلاله مديرة أعماله السابقة، بخيانة الأمانة والاستيلاء على مبلغ مالي قدره 66 مليونًا و500 ألف جنيه.
استغلال التوكيل
وأشار البلاغ الذي تقدم به دفاع مكي إلى قسم شرطة العجوزة إلى أن المديرة السابقة امتنعت عن تقديم أي كشوفات مالية أو محاسبية توضح أوجه صرف المبالغ، رغم المطالبات المتكررة من قبل الفنان لتسليم كشف حساب مفصل عن الفترة التي تولت خلالها إدارة أعماله.
وأوضح دفاع مكي، بأن مديرة الأعمال استغلت التوكيل العام الممنوح لها وسحبت المبالغ المذكورةدون تقديم أي إثباتات أو مستندات رسمية عن أوجه الصرف، لافتاً إلى تقديم جميع المستندات الرسمية وكشوفات الحسابات البنكية لإثبات السحب والتصرف في تلك الأموال أمام جهات التحقيق.
وأكد اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية لإثبات الواقعة واسترداد الأموال المنهوبة لضمان حقوق الفنان.
لا بلاغ رسمي
من جانبها نفت مديرة أعمال أحمد مكي، تلقيها أي إخطار رسمي بهذا البلاغ، مطالبة بتوضيح حقيقة الأمر قبل الإدلاء بأي تصريحات.
تفاصيل النزاع
ونشبت الخلافات المالية بين الفنان ومديرة أعماله بعد أن أسند مكي لها إدارة جميع التعاملات المالية الخاصة بمشاريعه الفنية والإعلانية، وعند مطالبتها بتسليم كشوف الحسابات رفضت ذلك مادفع الفنان المصري لاتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية لضمان حقوقه المالية.
غياب 12 عاماً
ويستعد أحمد مكي حالياً للعودة الى السينما بعد غياب تجاوز 12 عامًا، ويعود آخر ظهور سينمائي له في فيلم «سمير أبو النيل» المعروض في 2013.
The Egyptian Public Prosecution is investigating a complaint filed by the lawyer of artist Ahmed Mekky, in which he accused his former manager of breach of trust and embezzlement of an amount of 66 million and 500 thousand Egyptian pounds.
Exploitation of the Power of Attorney
The complaint submitted by Mekky’s defense to the Agouza Police Station indicated that the former manager refused to provide any financial or accounting statements clarifying the expenditures of the amounts, despite repeated requests from the artist to deliver a detailed account statement for the period during which she managed his affairs.
Mekky’s defense explained that the manager exploited the general power of attorney granted to her and withdrew the mentioned amounts without providing any evidence or official documents regarding the expenditures, noting that all official documents and bank account statements were submitted to the investigative authorities to prove the withdrawal and handling of those funds.
They confirmed that all legal measures are being taken to establish the incident and recover the embezzled funds to ensure the artist’s rights.
No Official Complaint
For her part, Ahmed Mekky’s manager denied receiving any official notification regarding this complaint, calling for clarification of the facts before making any statements.
Details of the Dispute
The financial disputes between the artist and his manager arose after Mekky entrusted her with managing all financial transactions related to his artistic and advertising projects, and when he requested her to deliver the account statements, she refused, prompting the Egyptian artist to take legal action to secure his financial rights.
12-Year Absence
Ahmed Mekky is currently preparing to return to cinema after an absence of over 12 years, with his last cinematic appearance being in the film “Samir Abu Al-Nil,” released in 2013.
