أعلنت الفنانة المصرية ياسمين عبدالعزيز اتخاذها إجراءات قانونية حاسمة ضد جميع الصفحات والحسابات التي نشرت صوراً مفبركة أو محتوى مسيئاً يمس سمعتها الشخصية والفنية.
وقالت ياسمين في بيانها: «أعلن أنني قمت باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وتحرير دعاوى قضائية وبلاغات رسمية، ضد جميع الصفحات والحسابات التي قامت بنشر صور مفبركة أو محتوى مسيء لا يليق بي، ولا باسمي، ولا بتاريخي الفني، ولا بجمهوري، وقبل كل ذلك لا يليق بي كامرأة وأم مصرية».
رسالة دعم
وأكدت أنها لن تكتفي بعد الآن بالصمت أو التجاهل، رغم ثقتها في وعي جمهورها، مشددة على أن ما حدث تجاوز الحدود، وأن هذا القرار يمثل رسالة دعم لكل امرأة تتعرض للتشهير أو الفبركة، داعية إياهن للجوء إلى القانون الذي يكفل الحماية والكرامة.
وأوضحت ياسمين أن المساءلة القانونية تشمل حتى التلميح أو الإيحاء غير المباشر إذا كان كافياً لتعريف الجمهور بشخصها، مشيرة إلى أن القانون المصري لا يشترط ذكر الاسم صراحة لقيام الجريمة إذا ثبت القصد والضرر.
وأكدت أنها ستستخدم كامل حقوقها الدستورية والقانونية، وأن الإجراءات الحالية ليست الأخيرة، معربة عن ثقتها الكاملة في القضاء المصري العادل وأجهزة وزارة الداخلية لإنفاذ القانون وضبط الفوضى على منصات التواصل.
وجاء البيان بعد تداول صور مفبركة باستخدام تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي مثل Deepfake تظهرها في مشاهد غير لائقة، بالتزامن مع طرح البرومو التشويقي لمسلسلها الجديد «وننسى اللي كان» المقرر عرضه في رمضان، مما أثار حملة تشويه ممنهجة أثارت غضبها ودفعتها للرد الحاسم.
دعم واسع
وتلقت ياسمين دعماً واسعاً من جمهورها ومن شخصيات عامة مثل الإعلامية رضوى الشربيني، التي أعلنت تأييدها الكامل ووصفت الخطوة بأنها حاسمة ضد الإساءة للمرأة.
ويعاقب قانون مكافحة جرائم تقنية المعلومات على التشهير والإساءة عبر الإنترنت، والنشر المتعمد لمحتوى ينتهك الحياة الخاصة أو يشوه السمعة، بعقوبات تصل إلى الحبس والغرامة، كما يشمل القانون الجنائي جرائم السب والقذف، حتى لو كان بالتلميح إذا ثبت القصد والضرر.
The Egyptian artist Yasmin Abdel Aziz announced that she has taken decisive legal action against all pages and accounts that published fabricated images or offensive content that harms her personal and artistic reputation.
Yasmin stated in her announcement: “I declare that I have taken the necessary legal measures, and filed lawsuits and official complaints against all pages and accounts that have published fabricated images or offensive content that is unworthy of me, my name, my artistic history, or my audience, and above all, is unworthy of me as a woman and a mother from Egypt.”
Message of Support
She emphasized that she will no longer remain silent or ignore the situation, despite her confidence in her audience’s awareness, stressing that what has happened has crossed the line, and that this decision represents a message of support for every woman who faces defamation or fabrication, urging them to resort to the law that guarantees protection and dignity.
Yasmin clarified that legal accountability includes even insinuations or indirect implications if they are sufficient to identify her to the public, noting that Egyptian law does not require the explicit mention of a name for a crime to occur if intent and harm are proven.
She confirmed that she will exercise all her constitutional and legal rights, and that the current measures are not the last, expressing her complete confidence in the fair Egyptian judiciary and the Ministry of Interior’s agencies to enforce the law and control the chaos on social media platforms.
The statement came after the circulation of fabricated images using artificial intelligence techniques such as Deepfake, depicting her in inappropriate scenes, coinciding with the release of the teaser for her new series “W Nنسى اللي كان,” set to air during Ramadan, which sparked a systematic smear campaign that angered her and prompted her to respond decisively.
Widespread Support
Yasmin received widespread support from her audience and public figures such as media personality Radwa El Sherbiny, who announced her full support and described the step as decisive against the abuse of women.
The Anti-Cybercrime Law punishes defamation and abuse online, and the intentional publication of content that violates privacy or defames reputation, with penalties that can include imprisonment and fines. The criminal law also includes offenses of slander and libel, even if implied, if intent and harm are proven.
