أوضحت لقاء في تصريحات تلفزيونية أن الحجاب يمثل حجاب العقل والسلوك قبل أن يكون مجرد غطاء للشعر، موضحة أن الهدف هو الاحتشام وعدم كشف الصدر، وأن جوهره يكمن في السلوك والفكر أكثر من المظهر الخارجي.
الحجاب والعمل الفني
أكدت الفنانة أن الحجاب لا يشكل عائقًا أمام التمثيل، مشيرة إلى وجود نجمات استمررن في العمل الفني مع الالتزام بضوابط مثل عدم التلامس الجسدي أو مشاهد الاحتضان مع الزملاء الرجال.
