تبدأ مدارس التعليم للبنين والبنات في مناطق ومحافظات السعودية اعتباراً من اليوم (الإثنين) في إجراء اختبارات الفترة الأولى من الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الدراسي الحالي 1447.
وأكدت المدارس على أهمية تأدية الاختبارات وعدم التغيب عنها، وأشارت إلى أنه لن تتم إعادة الاختبارات للطلاب والطالبات المتغيبين وفقاً لما نصت عليه لائحة تقويم الطالب التي أقرتها وزارة التعليم مع مطلع العام الدراسي الحالي إلا بعذر رسمي.
وتهدف المدارس من إجراء الاختبارات خلال شهر رمضان إلى الحد من ظاهرة الغياب التي ظلت تتكرر سنوياً في عدد من مناطق ومحافظات السعودية خلال أيام الشهر الفضيل.
وكانت وزارة التعليم بدأت في الحصر المبكر للطلبة المتوقع غيابهم في رمضان لمتابعتهم استباقياً لتعزيز الانضباط المدرسي واستثمار أوقات الحصص بفاعلية دون هدر. وألزمت المدارس بالتقيد الصارم ببداية اليوم الدراسي ونهايته وفق التوقيت الزمني المعتمد، مع عدم التهاون في تطبيق ضوابط الزي المدرسي والتعامل الحازم مع حالات التأخر الصباحي.
كما طالبت المعلمين باستثمار كل دقيقة داخل الحصة الدراسية. ووجهت الوزارة إداراتها التعليمية بمنع إخراج أي طالب قبل نهاية الدوام الرسمي إلا في الحالات الطارئة، وتحميل إدارة المدرسة مسؤولية ضبط التواجد الطلابي، ومنع التسرب أثناء اليوم الدراسي.
ووجهت وزارة التعليم إداراتها المدرسية ومنسوبيها كافة بتطبيق خطة إجرائية شاملة لضبط العملية التعليمية خلال رمضان لضمان استمرار نواتج التعلم وتحقيق الأهداف التربوية بما يراعي روحانية الشهر الفضيل، واعتماد جداول دراسية تتناسب بمرونة مع طبيعة الشهر الكريم، وعدم التهاون في تطبيق ضوابط الزي المدرسي، مع ضرورة توظيف إستراتيجيات «التعلم النشط» التي تكسر الجمود وتراعي المتغيرات الفسيولوجية للطلاب أثناء الصيام.
وشددت الوزارة على التفعيل الفوري لقنوات التواصل مع أولياء الأمور، وإرسال إشعارات دورية تتضمن خطط التعلم الأسبوعية، وتقارير الانضباط، وضرورة الرصد الفوري لأي صعوبات تعليمية أو سلوكية قد تطرأ خلال الشهر، والتدخل المباشر لمعالجتها تربوياً دون ترحيل المشكلات لضمان بيئة تعليمية مستقرة وآمنة.
Schools for boys and girls in various regions and provinces of Saudi Arabia begin today (Monday) the first period tests of the second semester for the current academic year 1447.
The schools emphasized the importance of taking the tests and not being absent from them, noting that there will be no retakes for students who are absent, as stipulated in the student evaluation regulations approved by the Ministry of Education at the beginning of the current academic year, except with an official excuse.
The schools aim to conduct the tests during the month of Ramadan to reduce the phenomenon of absenteeism that has been recurring annually in several regions and provinces of Saudi Arabia during the days of the holy month.
The Ministry of Education began early identification of students expected to be absent during Ramadan to proactively monitor them in order to enhance school discipline and effectively utilize class time without waste. Schools are required to strictly adhere to the start and end times of the school day according to the approved schedule, with no leniency in applying the school uniform regulations and a firm approach to handling cases of morning tardiness.
Teachers were also urged to make the most of every minute during class time. The ministry directed its educational administrations to prevent any student from leaving before the official end of the school day except in emergency cases, and to hold the school administration responsible for monitoring student attendance and preventing dropouts during the school day.
The Ministry of Education instructed its school administrations and all its staff to implement a comprehensive procedural plan to regulate the educational process during Ramadan to ensure the continuity of learning outcomes and achieve educational goals while respecting the spirituality of the holy month. It also called for flexible academic schedules that are suitable for the nature of the blessed month, and emphasized the importance of applying school uniform regulations without leniency, while also necessitating the use of “active learning” strategies that break rigidity and consider the physiological changes of students during fasting.
The ministry stressed the immediate activation of communication channels with parents, sending periodic notifications that include weekly learning plans, discipline reports, and the necessity of immediate monitoring of any educational or behavioral difficulties that may arise during the month, with direct intervention to address them educationally without postponing issues to ensure a stable and safe learning environment.
