روى الفنان خالد عبدالرحمن قصة 3 قصائد كتبها بسبب امرأة جميلة شاهدها في الطائرة أثناء رحلته إلى القاهرة.
رحلة القاهرة
وقال خلال لقائه مع برنامج «الليوان»: «كنت في الطائرة في رحلة إلى القاهرة، والتقيت بإنسانة جميلة جداً، فكتبت فيها قصيدة: جازت النظرة من الطرف الحنون»، وأضاف: كتبت القصيدة في بداية الرحلة عند إقلاع الطائرة، وبعدها بسنة أو سنتين تذكرت الرحلة، فكتبت قصيدتي «الهوى والنور»، و«أتأملك».
الهلاك في أفريقيا
كما كشف «مخاوي الليل» تفاصيل رحلة محفوفة بالمخاطر جرت أحداثها في 1984، حين واجه مع مجموعة من المسافرين في أفريقيا ظروفاً مناخية قاسية أدت بهم إلى حافة الهلاك بسبب العطش الشديد والحرارة المرتفعة.
وأضاف: «الرحلة كانت متجهة إلى منطقة وعرة لا تصل إليها السيارات، ما اضطر الفريق للمشي مسافات طويلة تحت شمس حارقة، وبسبب شدة الحرارة والإعياء، اضطر المسافرون للتخلي عن معظم ملابسهم لتخفيف الأحمال التي أصبحت ثقيلة عليهم في ظل الظروف الجوية الصعبة».
ووصف الحالة التي وصلوا إليها بـ«الهلاك» نتيجة نفاذ المياه، إلى أن عثروا على مورد ماء في حالة سيئة جداً، وفي محاولة يائسة للبقاء على قيد الحياة، استعان الفريق بملابسهم الداخلية لاستخدامها كمرشحات بدائية لتصفية المياه السوداء قبل شربها.

Trip to Cairo
He said during his interview with the program “Al-Liwan”: “I was on the plane on a trip to Cairo, and I met a very beautiful person, so I wrote a poem about her: ‘The glance was worth it from the tender side,'” and he added: I wrote the poem at the beginning of the trip when the plane took off, and then a year or two later, I remembered the trip, so I wrote my poems ‘Love and Light’ and ‘I Contemplate You.’
Peril in Africa
He also revealed “Mukhawi Al-Layl” details of a perilous journey that took place in 1984, when he and a group of travelers in Africa faced harsh weather conditions that brought them to the brink of disaster due to extreme thirst and high temperatures.
He added: “The trip was headed to a rugged area that vehicles could not reach, which forced the team to walk long distances under a scorching sun, and due to the intense heat and exhaustion, the travelers had to shed most of their clothes to lighten the loads that had become heavy on them in the difficult weather conditions.”
He described the state they reached as “peril” due to the depletion of water, until they found a water source in very poor condition, and in a desperate attempt to survive, the team used their underwear as primitive filters to purify the black water before drinking it.
