الموت يغيب أحمد عجلان – أخبار السعودية

انتقل إلى رحمة الله تعالى، السفير أحمد محمد عجلان، بعد معاناة مع المرض، عقب مسيرة مهنية حافلة بالعطاء في العمل الدبلوماسي وخدمة الوطن.

وشغل الفقيد عدداً من المناصب في وزارة الخارجية، إذ عمل وزيراً مفوضاً، وتولى مهمات دبلوماسية في عدة دول من بينها قطر والسويد والصين، كما تولى قيادة عدد من الإدارات، وكان مديراً للأمن في وزارة الخارجية.

والفقيد شقيق صالح، وسالم، ورحمة، والدكتور عبدالعزيز (وكيل وزارة الزراعة سابقاً)، ونجاة، ونسرين، وانتصار، ووالد لينا، وخالد، وسماهر، وعبدالرحمن، وعبدالعزيز، وفهد، وابن عم السفير عبدالباقي أحمد عجلان.

Ambassador Ahmed Mohammed Ajlan has passed away, may God have mercy on him, after suffering from illness, following a distinguished career in diplomatic work and serving the nation.

The deceased held several positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, having served as a Minister Plenipotentiary and undertaken diplomatic missions in several countries, including Qatar, Sweden, and China. He also led several departments and was the Director of Security at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The deceased is the brother of Saleh, Salem, Rahma, and Dr. Abdulaziz (former Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture), as well as Najat, Nasreen, and Intisar, and the father of Lina, Khalid, Samaher, Abdulrahman, Abdulaziz, and Fahd, and the cousin of Ambassador Abdulbaqi Ahmed Ajlan.
