توقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد استمرار هطول الأمطار الرعدية المصحوبة برياح نشطة على أجزاء من مرتفعات مناطق جازان وعسير والباحة ومكة المكرمة، اليوم (الاثنين)، فيما تتواصل التقلبات الجوية على عدد من مناطق المملكة.
وأوضح المركز في تقريره اليومي أن الحالة الماطرة تشمل المرتفعات الجنوبية الغربية والغربية، مع نشاط للرياح المصاحبة التي قد تؤدي إلى تدنٍ في مدى الرؤية الأفقية في بعض المواقع.
أتربة وغبار على 9 مناطق
وأشار التقرير إلى استمرار تأثير الرياح النشطة المثيرة للأتربة والغبار على أجزاء من مناطق الجوف والحدود الشمالية والشرقية والرياض والقصيم وحائل وتبوك والمدينة المنورة ومكة المكرمة.
ومن المتوقع أن تؤدي هذه الرياح إلى إثارة الأتربة والعوالق الترابية، خصوصاً في المناطق المكشوفة والطرق السريعة، ما يستدعي أخذ الحيطة والحذر أثناء القيادة ومتابعة التنبيهات الجوية الصادرة من الجهات المختصة.
البحر الأحمر.. رياح تصل إلى 45 كم/ساعة
وفيما يخص الحالة البحرية على البحر الأحمر، أوضح المركز أن الرياح السطحية ستكون شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة تتراوح بين 15 و35 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزأين الشمالي والأوسط، وتصل إلى 45 كيلومتراً في الساعة باتجاه خليج العقبة، فيما تكون شمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 12 إلى 28 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزء الجنوبي.
ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج بين نصف متر ومتر ونصف على الجزءين الشمالي والأوسط، وقد يصل إلى مترين باتجاه خليج العقبة، فيما يتراوح بين نصف متر ومتر على الجزء الجنوبي. وتكون حالة البحر خفيفة إلى متوسطة الموج شمالاً ووسطاً، وخفيفة الموج جنوباً.
الخليج العربي.. أمواج تصل إلى مترين جنوباً
أما في الخليج العربي، فتكون الرياح شمالية غربية إلى شمالية بسرعة 18 إلى 38 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزأين الشمالي والأوسط، وشمالية غربية إلى غربية بسرعة 25 إلى 45 كيلومتراً في الساعة على الجزء الجنوبي.
ويتراوح ارتفاع الموج بين نصف متر ومتر ونصف على الجزأين الشمالي والأوسط، ومن متر إلى مترين على الجزء الجنوبي، فيما تكون حالة البحر خفيفة إلى متوسطة الموج شمالاً ووسطاً، ومتوسطة الموج على الجزء الجنوبي.
The National Center of Meteorology expects the continuation of thunderstorms accompanied by active winds in parts of the mountainous regions of Jazan, Asir, Al-Baha, and Makkah today (Monday), while weather fluctuations continue in several regions of the Kingdom.
The center clarified in its daily report that the rainy condition includes the southwestern and western highlands, with active accompanying winds that may lead to reduced horizontal visibility in some locations.
Dust and sand in 9 regions
The report indicated the continued effect of active winds stirring up dust and sand in parts of the regions of Al-Jawf, the Northern Borders, the Eastern Province, Riyadh, Qassim, Ha’il, Tabuk, Medina, and Makkah.
These winds are expected to stir up dust and airborne particles, especially in open areas and on highways, necessitating caution while driving and following weather alerts issued by the relevant authorities.
The Red Sea.. Winds reaching 45 km/h
Regarding the marine condition in the Red Sea, the center explained that surface winds will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds ranging from 15 to 35 kilometers per hour in the northern and central parts, reaching up to 45 kilometers per hour towards the Gulf of Aqaba, while they will be northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 12 to 28 kilometers per hour in the southern part.
Wave heights will range from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern and central parts, and may reach two meters towards the Gulf of Aqaba, while they will range from half a meter to one meter in the southern part. The sea condition will be light to moderate in wave height in the north and center, and light in the south.
The Arabian Gulf.. Waves reaching two meters in the south
In the Arabian Gulf, the winds will be northwesterly to northerly at speeds of 18 to 38 kilometers per hour in the northern and central parts, and northwesterly to westerly at speeds of 25 to 45 kilometers per hour in the southern part.
Wave heights will range from half a meter to one and a half meters in the northern and central parts, and from one meter to two meters in the southern part, while the sea condition will be light to moderate in wave height in the north and center, and moderate in the southern part.
