استيقظ الوسط الفني والترفيهي في تركيا، (الخميس)، على وقع زلزال أمني غير مسبوق، بعدما شنت السلطات حملة مداهمات مكثفة طالت 22 من أبرز نجوم التمثيل والغناء وصناع المحتوى، بتهم ثقيلة تتعلق بتعاطي وترويج المواد المخدرة. ولم تكن هذه الحملة عادية بأي حال من الأحوال، إذ أسقطت في شباكها أسماءً من الصف الأول تحظى بجماهيرية جارفة يتصدرها ثنائي الشهرة والموضة النجمة بيرين سات وزوجها المغني كنان دوغولو، إلى جانب الممثل أنس أريكان والمغنية عائشة خاتون أونال، لتتمدد القائمة وتشمل وجوهاً بارزة في مجالات الإخراج ومصممي الأزياء ورجال الأعمال، من بينهم كريم جان دورماز، بيردان مارديني، والمخرج مراد سايغي، والعارضة البرتغالية تيسي راموس كوريرا.
عنصر المفاجأة كان بطل المشهد، حيث اقتحمت فرق الشرطة منازل المستهدفين في ساعات الصباح الأولى، وعثرت بحوزة بعضهم على كميات من المواد المخدرة وأدوات التعاطي وفقاً لتقارير محلية. ويمر هؤلاء النجوم الآن بمنعطف قانوني حرج، حيث يخضعون لفحوصات طبية صارمة تشمل سحب عينات من الدم والشعر لتحديد مصيرهم قبل استجوابهم أمام النيابة العامة، التي قد تطلق سراحهم مؤقتاً لحين ظهور النتائج، أو تأمر بتوقيف بعضهم فوراً.
القوانين التركية لا تبدي مرونة في هذه الملفات، إذ يواجه من تثبت إدانته عقوبة السجن التي تتراوح بين سنتين إلى خمس سنوات بتهمة الشراء والتعاطي، وهي عقوبة قابلة للتشديد في حال ارتكاب المخالفة بالقرب من المدارس والمستشفيات أو دور العبادة، في حين يظل الخيار الوحيد للنجاة هو الانخراط في برنامج علاجي وتأهيلي لمدة عام يضمن للمتعاطي مسح سجله الجنائي تماماً. هذه الضربة القاسية تأتي كحلقة جديدة في سلسلة حملات بدأت منذ أكتوبر الماضي لتطهير «المجتمع المخملي» من آفة السموم، وأطاحت الشهر الماضي فقط بنحو 25 نجماً، أظهرت التحاليل قبل أيام إيجابية عينات بعضهم مثل الممثل أونور تونا والمغني مابيل ماتيز، بينما تنفس آخرون الصعداء بعد ثبوت براءتهم وفي مقدمتهم النجمة سيرناي ساريكايا، لينتظر الشارع التركي بترقب شديد ما ستسفر عنه الساعات المقبلة من المفاجآت.
The artistic and entertainment community in Turkey woke up on Thursday to an unprecedented security earthquake, as authorities launched an intensive raid campaign targeting 22 of the most prominent stars in acting, singing, and content creation, with serious charges related to drug use and trafficking. This campaign was anything but ordinary, as it ensnared first-tier names with massive popularity, led by the celebrity and fashion duo, actress Beren Saat and her husband, singer Kenan Doğulu, alongside actor Anıl Arıkan and singer Aisha Khatun Ünal. The list extended to include prominent figures in directing, fashion design, and business, among them Kerim Can Durmaz, Berdan Mardini, director Murad Saygı, and Portuguese model Tisi Ramos Correia.
The element of surprise was the hero of the scene, as police teams stormed the homes of the targeted individuals in the early morning hours, finding some of them in possession of quantities of drugs and paraphernalia according to local reports. These stars are now facing a critical legal turning point, as they undergo strict medical examinations that include taking blood and hair samples to determine their fate before being interrogated by the public prosecutor’s office, which may temporarily release them pending the results or order the immediate detention of some.
Turkish laws show no leniency in these cases, as those proven guilty face prison sentences ranging from two to five years for possession and use, a penalty that can be intensified if the offense is committed near schools, hospitals, or places of worship. Meanwhile, the only option for survival is to engage in a one-year rehabilitation program that guarantees the user a complete expungement of their criminal record. This harsh blow comes as a new chapter in a series of campaigns that began last October to cleanse the “high society” of the scourge of drugs, having already taken down around 25 stars just last month. Tests conducted days ago showed positive results for some, such as actor Onur Tuna and singer Mabel Matiz, while others breathed a sigh of relief after proving their innocence, including star Serenay Sarıkaya, leaving the Turkish public eagerly awaiting what surprises the coming hours will bring.
