صدر قرار بترقية مدير مكتب وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة بمحافظة رابغ، المهندس ردة عبادل القارزي، إلى المرتبة الثالثة عشرة، تقديراً لكفاءته المهنية وإسهاماته في تطوير منظومة العمل ورفع كفاءة الأداء.
وأعرب القارزي عن اعتزازه بهذه الثقة، مؤكداً أن الترقية تمثّل دافعاً لمواصلة العطاء وخدمة الدين ثم المليك والوطن.
A decision has been made to promote the Director of the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture Office in Rabigh Governorate, Engineer Reda Abdal Qarsi, to the thirteenth rank, in recognition of his professional competence and contributions to developing the work system and enhancing performance efficiency.
