نفى محمد عبدالوهاب، شقيق الفنانة شيرين عبدالوهاب، ما تردد عن ضبطه وإحضاره بتهمة التعدي على شقيقته وتحطيم زجاج منزلها، مؤكّداً عبر حسابه على «فيسبوك» أن هذه الاتهامات «كذب وافتراء».
ويأتي هذا النفي بعد خلاف سابق حول استخدام توكيل منتهٍ بينه وبين المنتج محمد الشاعر، إذ أكّد حكم قضائي صحة العقد وسريان التوكيل المستخدم، نافياً أي إدعاءات بالتزوير أو البطلان.
وكانت الفنانة شيرين عبدالوهاب قد وجهت اتهاماً لشقيقها محمد بأنه قام بالتوقيع على العقد محل النزاع باستخدام توكيل مُلغى، مؤكدة أنها لم تكن طرفاً في العقد وأنها أبلغت المنتج محمد الشاعر بإلغاء التوكيل قبل إتمام العقد.
Mohamed Abdel Wahab, the brother of the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab, denied the rumors about his being summoned and brought in on charges of assaulting his sister and breaking the glass of her house, affirming through his account on “Facebook” that these accusations are “lies and slander.”
This denial comes after a previous dispute regarding the use of an expired power of attorney between him and the producer Mohamed Al-Shaer, as a court ruling confirmed the validity of the contract and the validity of the power of attorney used, denying any claims of forgery or nullity.
The artist Sherine Abdel Wahab had accused her brother Mohamed of signing the disputed contract using a revoked power of attorney, asserting that she was not a party to the contract and that she had informed the producer Mohamed Al-Shaer of the cancellation of the power of attorney before the contract was finalized.
