ونعى رضا البحراوي والدته بكلمات مؤثرة، داعياً لها بالرحمة والمغفرة، وقال: «إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون، أمي في ذمة الله… ربنا يرحمك يا أمي ويجعل قبرك روضة من رياض الجنة، ويجمعنا بيك في جنات النعيم، دعواتكم لها بالرحمة والمغفرة».

وأشار البحراوي إلى أنه من المقرر أن تقام اليوم (الثلاثاء) صلاة الجنازة عقب صلاة الظهر، من مسجد عوارة بمدينة طنطا، وذلك من خلال منشور عبر حسابه الرسمي في منصة فيسبوك.
بينما قرر رضا البحراوي استقبال عزاء والدته غدا (الأربعاء) بمدينة طنطا، بحضور المقربين من العائلة والأصدقاء.

عانت الراحلة من صراع طويل مع المرض، وتدهورت حالتها في الفترة الأخيرة إلى درجة استدعت إدخالها العناية المركزة أكثر من مرة، قبل أن تُفارق الحياة متأثرة بتداعيات المرض.
