قدمت المطربة اللبنانية هيفاء وهبي دعوى قضائية أمام محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية ضد أحد الأطباء المصريين، اتهمته باستخدام صورتها وأدائها الفني لأغراض ترويجية دون الحصول على موافقة قانونية، مطالبة بتعويض مالي قدره 5 ملايين جنيه.

أكد محامي هيفاء وهبي أن موكلته توجهت في أبريل 2023 إلى مركز طبي تابع للطبيب محل النزاع من أجل استشارة طبية فقط، دون إبرام أي اتفاق إعلاني أو تجاري يسمح باستغلال صورتها.
وأشار إلى أن المركز قام بتصوير مقطعين مصورين خلال الزيارة، ثم أعيد نشرهما لاحقًا عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي دون الرجوع إلى هيفاء أو الحصول على إذن منها، ما يشكل مخالفة صريحة لقانون حماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية.
اللجوء للقضاء
وأوضح المحامي أن الفنانة قدمت أكثر من طلب لحذف المقاطع المصورة عبر مدير أعمالها، إلا أن تلك المحاولات لم تلقَ أي استجابة، ما دفعها إلى اللجوء للقضاء للمطالبة بحماية حقوقها الأدبية والفنية. ولا تزال الدعوى قيد النظر حاليًا أمام المحكمة.

القضية تكشف الصراع المتزايد بين الفنانين ووسائل الإعلام أو الأفراد الذين يستغلون صورتهم دون إذن، خصوصًا مع الانتشار الواسع لمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي.

The Lebanese singer Haifa Wehbe has filed a lawsuit before the Cairo Economic Court against an Egyptian doctor, accusing him of using her image and artistic performance for promotional purposes without obtaining legal consent, demanding financial compensation of 5 million pounds.

Haifa Wehbe’s lawyer confirmed that his client visited a medical center affiliated with the disputed doctor in April 2023 for a medical consultation only, without entering into any advertising or commercial agreement that would allow the exploitation of her image.
He pointed out that the center filmed two video clips during the visit, which were later re-published on social media platforms without referring to Haifa or obtaining her permission, which constitutes a clear violation of intellectual property rights protection laws.
Resorting to the Courts
The lawyer explained that the artist submitted several requests to delete the video clips through her manager, but those attempts received no response, prompting her to resort to the courts to demand the protection of her moral and artistic rights. The lawsuit is currently under consideration before the court.
