ودّع الوسط الإعلامي أمس المذيع عبدالكريم بن صالح المقرن، أحد أبرز الأصوات التي ارتبطت بذاكرة المستمعين عبر إذاعة القرآن الكريم، بعد معاناة صحية بدأت بعملية جراحية في المرارة، قبل أن تتدهور حالته نتيجة مضاعفات طالت القلب والرئتين والكلى، حيث ظل منوَّماً في العناية المركزة إلى أن وافته المنية، مخلفاً حزناً عميقاً في الأوساط الإعلامية والدعوية.
ويُعد الفقيد من الأسماء اللامعة في الإعلام الإذاعي بالمملكة، إذ قدّم خلال مسيرته عدداً من البرامج الدينية التي شكّلت علامة فارقة، من أبرزها: «نور على الدرب» و«فتاوى»، اللذان ارتبطا بصوته الهادئ وأسلوبه الرصين لسنوات طويلة، وأسهم من خلالهما في نشر العلم الشرعي وتعزيز الوعي الديني لدى المستمعين.
مسيرة إذاعية حافلة
شارك عبدالكريم المقرن في تقديم العديد من البرامج الدينية والإذاعية، وكان من أبرزها تولّيه تقديم أجزاء واسعة من برنامج «نور على الدرب» عبر إذاعة القرآن الكريم، كما واصل تقديم برامج سماحة الشيخ عبدالعزيز بن باز –رحمه الله– عقب وفاة المذيع سليمان الشبانة. وشارك كذلك في برامج الفتاوى مع أعضاء هيئة كبار العلماء، إلى جانب تقديم برامج علمية وتوعوية متخصصة، رسّخت مكانته كأحد الأصوات الموثوقة والمؤثرة في الإذاعة السعودية.
ومن المقرر أن يُصلّى على الفقيد اليوم (السبت) بعد صلاة العصر في جامع الراجحي، على أن يكون العزاء في المقبرة.
نسأل الله أن يتغمّد الفقيد بواسع رحمته، ويسكنه فسيح جناته، وأن يلهم أهله وذويه ومحبيه الصبر والسلوان.
The media community bid farewell yesterday to broadcaster Abdulkarim bin Saleh Al-Muqrin, one of the most prominent voices associated with the memories of listeners through the Quran Radio, after a health struggle that began with a gallbladder surgery, before his condition deteriorated due to complications affecting the heart, lungs, and kidneys. He remained hospitalized in intensive care until he passed away, leaving a deep sorrow in the media and religious circles.
The deceased is considered one of the shining names in radio media in the Kingdom, as he presented a number of religious programs during his career that marked a significant milestone, most notably: “Noor Ala Al-Darb” and “Fatwas,” which were linked to his calm voice and dignified style for many years, contributing through them to the dissemination of religious knowledge and enhancing religious awareness among listeners.
A Rich Radio Career
Abdulkarim Al-Muqrin participated in presenting many religious and radio programs, most notably taking on the presentation of large parts of the program “Noor Ala Al-Darb” through Quran Radio. He also continued to present programs of the late Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Baz – may Allah have mercy on him – following the death of broadcaster Sulaiman Al-Shabana. He also participated in fatwa programs with members of the Council of Senior Scholars, in addition to presenting specialized scientific and awareness programs, solidifying his position as one of the trusted and influential voices in Saudi radio.
It is scheduled that the funeral prayer for the deceased will be held today (Saturday) after the Asr prayer at Al-Rajhi Mosque, with condolences to be offered at the cemetery.
We ask Allah to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy, to grant him a place in His spacious gardens, and to inspire his family, relatives, and loved ones with patience and solace.
