نفى المحامي والممثل القانوني للمطربة المصرية شيرين عبدالوهاب، المستشار ياسر قنطوش، صحة ما تم تداوله حول بيع القناة الرسمية للفنانة على «يوتيوب»، مؤكداً أن الأخبار غير صحيحة.
تحقيقات النيابة مستمرة
وأوضح البيان أن النيابة العامة بالقاهرة تواصل التحقيق في القضية رقم 455 لسنة 2025 جنح اقتصادي البساتين، وأن الفنانة غير متورطة في أي محاولات للتصرف بالقناة.
استيلاء غير قانوني
وأكد المكتب أن الشخص المسؤول عن إدارة الصفحات الرسمية متهم بالاستيلاء على القناة وتحقيق أرباح دون إذن قانوني، في حين سبق أن صدر حكم قضائي ببراءة شيرين من جميع الاتهامات السابقة.
تحذير للجمهور
وشدد المستشار على عدم التعامل مع أي من الصفحات الرسمية للفنانة على «يوتيوب» أو «تيك توك» أو منصة «X»، مؤكداً أن ملكيتها الحصرية تعود لشيرين عبدالوهاب فقط، مشيراً إلى أن الفنانة لم تقم في أي وقت ببيع أو التنازل عن أي من حساباتها الرسمية.
إجراءات قانونية ضد المخالفين
وأفاد البيان أن المكتب سيتخذ إجراءات قانونية صارمة ضد أي جهة أو شخص يتعامل مع هذه الصفحات التي تعود ملكيتها حصرياً لشيرين عبدالوهاب، دون تفويض رسمي، محذراً من أن أي تصرف غير قانوني سيعرض مرتكبه للمسؤولية القانونية الكاملة.

The statement clarified that the Public Prosecution in Cairo continues to investigate case number 455 for the year 2025, Economic Misdemeanors in Al-Basateen, and that the artist is not involved in any attempts to dispose of the channel.
Illegal Seizure
The office confirmed that the person responsible for managing the official pages is accused of illegally seizing the channel and generating profits without legal permission, while a previous court ruling had acquitted Sherine of all prior charges.
Warning to the Public
The counselor emphasized not to engage with any of the artist’s official pages on “YouTube,” “TikTok,” or the “X” platform, confirming that exclusive ownership belongs solely to Sherine Abdel Wahab, noting that the artist has never sold or relinquished any of her official accounts at any time.
Legal Actions Against Violators
The statement indicated that the office will take strict legal actions against any entity or person dealing with these pages, which are exclusively owned by Sherine Abdel Wahab, without official authorization, warning that any illegal act will expose the perpetrator to full legal responsibility.
