أعلنت الفنانة أسماء جلال بدء اتخاذ إجراءات قانونية ضد ما ورد في حلقتها ضمن برنامج المقالب «رامز ليفل الوحش» بعد تعليقاته التي اعتبرتها تنمراً وإيحاءات جسدية وشخصية تمس الكرامة.
تنمر وإيحاءات
وقالت محامية الفنانة نهاد أبو القمصان: «تابعت الفنانة أسماء جلال وممثلها القانوني ما عُرض في حلقتها بأحد برامج الترفيه وما أعقبها من تداول واسع عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي»، وأكدت في بيان أصدرته أن أسماء شاركت في التصوير على أساس أنه برنامج ترفيهي قائم على المفاجأة المعتادة، ولم يُعرض عليها أو تُخطر مسبقاً بأي محتوى يتضمن التعليق الصوتي (المقدمة)، الذي أُضيف في مرحلة المونتاج، والذي تضمن «عبارات وتنمراً وإيحاءات جسدية وشخصية تمس الاعتبار والكرامة ولا تمت لفكرة المقلب أو العمل الفني بصلة».
وأوضحت أن ما ورد في المقدمة وبعض التصرفات والتعليقات من مقدم البرنامج «يخرج عن إطار المزاح المقبول أو النقد الفني، ويدخل في نطاق الإيذاء المعنوي والإساءة الشخصية»، خصوصاً إذا تعلق بجسد الإنسان أو صفات شخصية لا شأن لها بالمحتوى الترفيهي.
وأضافت: «المشاركة في عمل فني أو ترفيهي لا تعني قبول التعرض للإهانة أو تحويل الشخص إلى مادة للسخرية على مستوى شخصي».
مراجعة المخالفة
وأعلن المكتب بدء مراجعة مدى مخالفة ما ورد بالحلقة لأحكام قانون العقوبات والقوانين المنظمة للإعلام، مع احتفاظ الفنانة بكافة حقوقها القانونية والأدبية تجاه أي شخص شارك في نشر أو إعادة نشر محتوى يتضمن إساءة أو تنمراً أو إيحاءات غير مقبولة بحقها.
وأرجعت أسماء صمتها الأولي إلى «تقديرها لروح الشهر الكريم»، لكنها شددت على أن «الكرامة الإنسانية تظل خطاً أحمر لا يجوز تجاوزه تحت أي مسمى ترفيهي».
واختتم البيان بالشكر لكل من عبر عن الدعم والتفهم، مع التأكيد على أملها في أن «تظل المساحة الفنية قائمة على الاحترام المتبادل لا على حساب مشاعر أو جسد أي إنسان».
وبرنامج «رامز ليفل الوحش» هو النسخة الجديدة لبرامج المقالب الرمضانية التي يقدمها الفنان رامز جلال، ويذاع خلال رمضان 2026 على قنوات MBC مصر ومنصات أخرى.
ويعتمد البرنامج على مقالب مرعبة ومفاجآت قاسية، وغالباً ما يثير جدلاً بسبب حدة المقالب والتعليقات الساخرة أو «التنمرية» في المقدمات والمونتاج.
واستضاف البرنامج في أولى حلقات الموسم يوم 1 رمضان الفنانة أسماء جلال التي قدمها بمقدمة صوتية ساخرة تضمنت تعليقات لاذعة على ملامحها، ملابسها، وإيحاءات جسدية وشخصية اعتبرتها مسيئة وتنمرية.

Bullying and Insinuations
Asmaa’s lawyer, Nahid Abu Qumsan, stated: “Artist Asmaa Galal and her legal representative followed what was shown in her episode of one of the entertainment programs and the widespread discussion that followed on social media platforms.” She confirmed in a statement that Asmaa participated in the filming on the basis that it was an entertainment program based on the usual surprise, and she was not presented with or informed in advance of any content that included the voiceover (the introduction), which was added in the editing phase, and which contained “phrases, bullying, and physical and personal insinuations that affect dignity and honor and have no relation to the idea of the prank or the artistic work.”
She clarified that what was mentioned in the introduction and some behaviors and comments from the program’s host “exceeds the limits of acceptable joking or artistic criticism and falls within the realm of moral harm and personal offense,” especially if it relates to a person’s body or personal traits that have nothing to do with the entertainment content.
She added: “Participation in an artistic or entertainment work does not mean accepting exposure to humiliation or turning a person into material for ridicule on a personal level.”
Review of the Violation
And the office announced the start of a review of the extent to which what was presented in the episode violates the provisions of the Penal Code and the laws regulating media, while the artist retains all her legal and moral rights against anyone who participated in publishing or republishing content that includes insults, bullying, or unacceptable insinuations against her.
Asmaa attributed her initial silence to “her appreciation for the spirit of the holy month,” but she emphasized that “human dignity remains a red line that should not be crossed under any entertainment pretext.”
The statement concluded by thanking everyone who expressed support and understanding, affirming her hope that “the artistic space remains based on mutual respect, not at the expense of the feelings or body of any human being.”
