وأُقيم السحور في OD Tower – OD Office I، أحد المشاريع الأيقونية لشركة أسس ضمن منظومة مشاريع OSUS Development في المنطقة، والواقع على طريق الملك سلمان بن عبدالعزيز عند تقاطع طريق أبي بكر الصديق، أحد المواقع الحيوية في شمال الرياض، حيث أصبح المشروع اليوم علامة بارزة في المشهد العمراني ويعكس رؤية تطويرية متكاملة تسهم في ترسيخ مكانة المنطقة كوجهة نوعية للمشاريع متعددة الاستخدامات.
ويحمل هذا الموقع بُعدًا خاصًا للشركة، إذ احتضن البرج سحور العام الماضي وهو في مرحلة الهيكل الإنشائي، ليعود هذا العام ويستضيف المناسبة ذاتها بعد اكتمال أعماله واستقرار كامل وحداته، في مشهد يعكس رحلة تحول واضحة من الفكرة إلى التنفيذ، ومن الرؤية إلى واقع متكامل.

As part of its ongoing commitment to enhancing communication and building partnerships, Asas Company organized its annual Suhoor event with the presence of successful partners who shared with it the key milestones and achievements, in an evening that reflected the spirit of cooperation and trust that binds the company with its partners.
The Suhoor was held at OD Tower – OD Office I, one of Asas Company’s iconic projects within the OSUS Development project system in the area, located on King Salman bin Abdulaziz Road at the intersection of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road, one of the vital sites in northern Riyadh. Today, the project has become a prominent landmark in the urban landscape and reflects a comprehensive developmental vision that contributes to establishing the region’s position as a quality destination for mixed-use projects.
This location holds a special significance for the company, as the tower hosted last year’s Suhoor while still in the structural phase. This year, it returns to host the same event after the completion of its works and the stabilization of all its units, in a scene that reflects a clear transformation journey from idea to execution, and from vision to a complete reality.
