أصدرت وزارة الصحة تعميماً لكافة منسوبيها من الخاضعين لنظام العمل والمتعاقدين على برامج التشغيل المختلفة، إضافة إلى الموظفين المشمولين بسلالم الخدمة المدنية، وحددت فيه مواعيد إجازة عيد الفطر المبارك لعام 1447هـ، مع التأكيد على الالتزام بالأنظمة والتعليمات المنظمة للعمل خلال فترة العطلة.
إجازة موظفي التشغيل والقيادات
أوضحت الوزارة أن إجازة الموظفين على وظائف الوكلاء والوكلاء المساعدين، وبرنامج الكفاءات، والمتعاقدين، ومنسوبي التشغيل الذاتي الخاضعين لنظام العمل، تبدأ — بمشيئة الله — بنهاية دوام يوم الأربعاء 29/ 9/ 1447هـ الموافق 18/ 3/ 2026م، وتستمر حتى نهاية يوم الثلاثاء 5/ 10/ 1447هـ الموافق 24/ 3/ 2026م، وذلك وفق تقويم أم القرى.
الخدمة المدنية.. بداية مبكرة للإجازة
وبين التعميم أن الموظفين الخاضعين لسلالم الخدمة المدنية تبدأ إجازتهم بنهاية دوام يوم الخميس 23/ 9/ 1447هـ الموافق 12/ 3/ 2026م، على أن تنتهي بنهاية يوم الثلاثاء 5/ 10/ 1447هـ الموافق 24/ 3/ 2026م، وفق التقويم ذاته.
الالتزام بإثبات الحضور عبر «حياك»
وشددت الوزارة على التزام المكلفين بالعمل خلال فترة الإجازة بإثبات الحضور والانصراف عبر خدمة «حياك»، لضمان انتظام سير العمل في المنشآت الصحية وعدم تأثر الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين.
التعويض وفق الأنظمة المعتمدة
وأكدت أن تعويض المكلفين بالعمل خلال أيام العطلة سيكون بأيام بديلة فقط، وذلك حسب ما تقضي به الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها.
استناداً إلى تعميم «الموارد البشرية»
وأشارت وزارة الصحة إلى أن تنظيم إجازة عيد الفطر جاء استناداً إلى تعميم وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية الموجه إلى الجهات الحكومية المشمولة بنظام الخدمة المدنية، والمتضمن ضوابط وتنظيمات العمل وإجازة عيد الفطر المبارك، وفق اللوائح والأنظمة المعتمدة
The Ministry of Health has issued a circular to all its employees subject to the labor system and contractors on various operational programs, in addition to employees covered by civil service scales, specifying the dates for the Eid al-Fitr holiday for the year 1447 AH, while emphasizing adherence to the regulations and instructions governing work during the holiday period.
Holiday for Operational Employees and Leadership
The ministry clarified that the holiday for employees in the positions of agents and assistant agents, the competencies program, contractors, and self-operating staff subject to the labor system will begin — God willing — at the end of the working day on Wednesday, 29/9/1447 AH, corresponding to 18/3/2026 AD, and will continue until the end of the day on Tuesday, 5/10/1447 AH, corresponding to 24/3/2026 AD, according to the Umm al-Qura calendar.
Civil Service.. Early Start to the Holiday
The circular indicated that employees subject to civil service scales will begin their holiday at the end of the working day on Thursday, 23/9/1447 AH, corresponding to 12/3/2026 AD, and it will end at the end of the day on Tuesday, 5/10/1447 AH, corresponding to 24/3/2026 AD, according to the same calendar.
Commitment to Attendance Verification via “Hayyak”
The ministry stressed the commitment of those assigned to work during the holiday period to verify attendance and departure through the “Hayyak” service, to ensure the smooth operation of work in health facilities and to avoid any impact on the services provided to beneficiaries.
Compensation According to Approved Regulations
It confirmed that the compensation for those assigned to work during the holiday days will be in the form of alternative days only, as stipulated by the applicable regulations and laws.
Based on the “Human Resources” Circular
The Ministry of Health indicated that the organization of the Eid al-Fitr holiday was based on the circular from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development directed to government entities covered by the civil service system, which includes controls and regulations for work and the Eid al-Fitr holiday, according to the approved regulations and laws.
