أدان القضاء الفرنسي، الجمعة، المغني المغربي سعد لمجرد بالسجن خمس سنوات، بعد إدانته في قضية اغتصاب تعود أحداثها إلى عام 2018، كما ألزمته المحكمة بدفع 30 ألف يورو تعويضاً للضحية، إضافة إلى 5 آلاف يورو أتعاب محاماة.
دموع لمجرد داخل المحكمة
وجاء الحكم الصادر عن محكمة دراغينيان الفرنسية عقب أسبوع من المرافعات، بعدما طالب الادعاء العام بسجن الفنان المغربي لمدة 10 سنوات، في القضية التي أثارت جدلاً واسعاً منذ سنوات.
وبحسب وسائل إعلام فرنسية، ظهر لمجرد متأثراً عقب النطق بالحكم، حيث ذرف الدموع وعانق زوجته ووالدتها داخل قاعة المحكمة، فيما امتنع محاميه كريستيان سان باليه عن التعليق على القرار القضائي.
ولم تُصدر المحكمة مذكرة توقيف بحق الفنان المغربي، إذ حضر جلسات المحاكمة طليقاً.
تفاصيل الواقعة تعود إلى 2018
وتعود القضية إلى عام 2018، عندما التقى لمجرد شابة كانت تعمل نادلة في أحد الملاهي الليلية بمدينة سان تروبيه جنوب شرقي فرنسا.
وقالت المدعية إنها وافقت على الذهاب مع الفنان المغربي إلى الفندق الذي يقيم فيه لشرب كأس، قبل أن تتهمه باغتصابها داخل غرفته، بينما أكد لمجرد أن العلاقة تمت برضا الطرفين.
وفي عام 2021، أيّدت دائرة التحقيق في محكمة استئناف إيكس أون بروفانس قرار إحالته للمحاكمة، مشددة على أن دخول غرفة رجل «لا يُعد موافقة تلقائية».
اتهامات سابقة في فرنسا والمغرب
ويواجه سعد لمجرد سلسلة من القضايا المشابهة خلال السنوات الماضية، إذ سبق أن وُجهت له اتهامات عام 2015 في المغرب، وأخرى عام 2010 في الولايات المتحدة.
كما سبق أن أصدرت محكمة فرنسية عام 2023 حكماً بسجنه ست سنوات، بعد إدانته في قضية اعتداء تعود إلى عام 2016، إثر اتهام شابة له باغتصابها وضربها.
وكان من المقرر عقد جلسة الاستئناف في يونيو 2025، قبل أن يتم تأجيلها بسبب ملاحقات قضائية طالت المدعية وأقاربها.
The French judiciary condemned Moroccan singer Saad Lamjarred to five years in prison on Friday, after he was found guilty in a rape case dating back to 2018. The court also ordered him to pay 30,000 euros in compensation to the victim, in addition to 5,000 euros in legal fees.
Lamjarred’s tears inside the courtroom
The ruling issued by the French court in Draguignan came after a week of hearings, during which the public prosecutor requested a 10-year prison sentence for the Moroccan artist in a case that has sparked widespread controversy for years.
According to French media, Lamjarred appeared emotional after the verdict was announced, shedding tears and embracing his wife and mother inside the courtroom, while his lawyer Christian San Palié refrained from commenting on the judicial decision.
The court did not issue an arrest warrant against the Moroccan artist, as he attended the trial sessions as a free man.
Details of the incident date back to 2018
The case dates back to 2018, when Lamjarred met a young woman who was working as a waitress in a nightclub in Saint-Tropez, southeastern France.
The plaintiff stated that she agreed to go with the Moroccan artist to the hotel where he was staying for a drink, before accusing him of raping her in his room, while Lamjarred insisted that the relationship was consensual.
In 2021, the investigative chamber of the Aix-en-Provence Court of Appeal upheld the decision to refer him to trial, emphasizing that entering a man’s room “does not constitute automatic consent.”
Previous accusations in France and Morocco
Saad Lamjarred faces a series of similar cases over the past years, having previously been accused in Morocco in 2015, and again in 2010 in the United States.
A French court had also issued a ruling in 2023 sentencing him to six years in prison after he was convicted in a 2016 assault case, following accusations from a young woman who claimed he raped and assaulted her.
The appeal hearing was scheduled for June 2025, before being postponed due to legal proceedings involving the plaintiff and her relatives.
