يترقب نحو 170 ألف موظف وموظفة، وفق تقديرات حسابية غير رسمية، استكمال إجراءات المرحلة الثالثة من انتقال منسوبي وزارة الصحة إلى شركة الصحة القابضة، التي تشمل 10 تجمعات صحية في مختلف مناطق السعودية، بعد الإعلان الأسبوع الماضي عن ترتيبات إرسال العروض الوظيفية للمشمولين بالانتقال، اعتباراً من 10 ديسمبر القادم، ومنحهم مهلة 10 أيام لقبول العروض أو رفضها، تمهيداً لاستكمال إجراءات انتقالهم.
وتشمل المرحلة الثالثة تجمعات الرياض الصحي الأول، والرياض الصحي الثالث، ومكة المكرمة، والمدينة المنورة، وجدة الصحي الأول، وجدة الصحي الثاني، والجوف، وعسير، وجازان، والباحة.
وكان أكثر من 130 ألف موظف وموظفة شملتهم إجراءات الانتقال في المرحلتين الأولى والثانية، موزعين على 10 تجمعات صحية، هي: الشرقية، والقصيم، والرياض الصحي الثاني، والأحساء، والطائف، ونجران، وحائل، وتبوك، والحدود الشمالية، وحفر الباطن. وشملت المرحلة الأولى أكثر من 62 ألف موظف وموظفة، والثانية أكثر من 68 ألفاً، فيما أعلنت الشركة تجاوز نسبة قبول عروض الانتقال 99% ممن أبدوا رغباتهم.
ويستند تقدير عدد الموظفين المتبقين إلى إحصائية سابقة لوزارة الصحة لعام 2023، كشفت أن إجمالي منسوبيها بلغ 300836 موظفاً وموظفة، بينهم 252566 من الكوادر الصحية، و48270 من الكوادر الإدارية.
وباحتساب الفرق بين إجمالي موظفي الوزارة في الإحصائية السابقة، وعدد المشمولين بإجراءات الانتقال في المرحلتين الأولى والثانية، يبلغ العدد التقديري المتبقي نحو 170 ألف موظف وموظفة، دون أن يمثل ذلك إحصاءً رسمياً للمشمولين بالمرحلة الثالثة؛ نظراً إلى اختلاف سنوات البيانات، والتغيرات التي طرأت على أعداد القوى العاملة، فضلاً عن وجود موظفين قد لا تشملهم إجراءات
Approximately 170,000 male and female employees are awaiting the completion of the third phase of the transition of Ministry of Health personnel to the Holding Health Company, which includes 10 health clusters in various regions of Saudi Arabia. This comes after last week’s announcement regarding the arrangements to send job offers to those included in the transition, starting from December 10, with a 10-day period granted for accepting or rejecting the offers, in preparation for completing their transition procedures.
The third phase includes the first health cluster of Riyadh, the third health cluster of Riyadh, Mecca, Medina, the first health cluster of Jeddah, the second health cluster of Jeddah, Al-Jouf, Asir, Jazan, and Al-Baha.
More than 130,000 male and female employees were included in the transition procedures in the first and second phases, distributed across 10 health clusters: Eastern Province, Qassim, the second health cluster of Riyadh, Al-Ahsa, Taif, Najran, Hail, Tabuk, Northern Borders, and Hafr Al-Batin. The first phase included more than 62,000 employees, while the second phase included more than 68,000. The company announced that the acceptance rate of transition offers exceeded 99% among those who expressed their interest.
The estimate of the remaining number of employees is based on a previous statistic from the Ministry of Health for the year 2023, which revealed that the total number of its personnel reached 300,836 employees, including 252,566 from health cadres and 48,270 from administrative cadres.
By calculating the difference between the total number of ministry employees in the previous statistic and the number included in the transition procedures in the first and second phases, the estimated remaining number is approximately 170,000 male and female employees. This does not represent an official count of those included in the third phase due to differences in data years, changes in workforce numbers, and the presence of employees who may not be included in the procedures.
