في واقعة أثارت جدلاً واسعًا على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، أحالت النيابة العامة المصرية الراقصة بوسي الأسد إلى المحاكمة الجنائية، بعد اتهامها بنشر محتوى خادش للحياء عبر الإنترنت.
وقالت مصادر أمنية إن الإدارة العامة لحماية الآداب بقطاع الشرطة تمكنت من ضبط بوسي الأسد، بعد رصد مقاطع فيديو نشرتها على حساباتها، تضمنت رقصات بملابس وصفها المحققون بالمبتذلة، وهو ما اعتُبر مخالفة للقيم والآداب العامة.
وأضافت التحقيقات أن المتهمة كانت تسعى لتحقيق أرباح مالية عبر زيادة نسب المشاهدات على منصات التواصل، مستغلة شهرتها لجذب المتابعين. وعُثر بحوزتها على 4 هواتف محمولة تحوي دلائل تثبت ارتكابها للوقائع المنسوبة إليها.
وخلال مواجهتها، اعترفت بوسي الأسد بإدارتها لصفحات تنشر محتوى خادشاً للحياء بهدف تحقيق مكاسب مادية من الإعلانات والمشاهدات.
وتوضح مواد قانون العقوبات المصري أن نشر أي مقاطع تصويرية خادشة للحياء على مواقع التواصل يُعاقب عليه بالحبس مدة تصل إلى سنتين، وغرامة مالية لا تقل عن خمسة آلاف جنيه، وفقًا للمادة 178 من القانون، إلى جانب إجراءات مراقبة الشرطة مدة مساوية لمدة العقوبة. كما تشمل العقوبات حالات الفعل الفاضح العلني، الذي يعرّف بأنه كل ما يخدش حياء الغير في مكان عام أو عبر وسائل الاتصال، وتصل عقوبته للحبس من 6 أشهر إلى سنتين وغرامة تصل إلى ألفي جنيه.
وسيصدر الحكم في القضية قريبًا، وسط متابعة دقيقة من قبل جمهور مواقع التواصل، الذي انقسم بين مؤيد لحرية الفن ومنتقد لما وصفه البعض بـ«الفجور الرقمي».
In an incident that sparked widespread controversy on social media, the Egyptian Public Prosecution has referred dancer Bousi Al-Asad to criminal trial after accusing her of publishing content that violates public morals online.
Security sources stated that the General Administration for the Protection of Morals in the police sector managed to apprehend Bousi Al-Asad after monitoring video clips she posted on her accounts, which included dances in outfits described by investigators as vulgar, an act considered a violation of public values and morals.
The investigations revealed that the accused was seeking to achieve financial profits by increasing viewership on social media platforms, exploiting her fame to attract followers. Four mobile phones were found in her possession containing evidence proving her involvement in the alleged incidents.
During her confrontation, Bousi Al-Asad admitted to managing pages that publish content that violates public morals with the aim of generating financial gains from advertisements and views.
The provisions of the Egyptian Penal Code state that publishing any indecent video clips on social media is punishable by imprisonment for up to two years and a fine of no less than five thousand Egyptian pounds, according to Article 178 of the law, in addition to police surveillance for a period equal to the duration of the penalty. The penalties also include cases of public indecency, defined as anything that offends the modesty of others in a public place or through means of communication, with a punishment of imprisonment from 6 months to two years and a fine of up to two thousand pounds.
The verdict in the case will be issued soon, amid close monitoring by social media audiences, which are divided between supporters of artistic freedom and critics of what some have described as “digital immorality.”
