أكد المفتي العام للمملكة رئيس هيئة كبار العلماء الرئيس العام للبحوث العلمية والإفتاء الشيخ الدكتور صالح الفوزان، أهمية دعم الأعمال الوقفية وتعزيز رسالتها الخيرية؛ مثنياً على الجهود المباركة التي يقوم بها صندوق إحسان الوقفي في المنصة الوطنية للعمل الخيري «إحسان» في ترسيخ قيم التكافل والتراحم بين المسلمين.
وأوضح أن الوقف في الشريعة الإسلامية من أجلّ القربات وأعظم أبواب الخير؛ لما فيه من دوام النفع واستمرار الأجر، مستشهداً بقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم: «إذا مات الإنسان انقطع عنه عمله إلا من ثلاثة: إلا من صدقة جارية، أو علم يُنتفع به، أو ولد صالح يدعو له»؛ مبيناً أن الأوقاف صورةٌ جليلة من صور الصدقة الجارية التي يمتد نفعها في الدنيا، ويُدخر أجرها في الآخرة بإذن الله.
وثمّن المفتي عناية القيادة بالعمل الخيري والوقفي في المملكة وتعظيم أثره، مشيراً إلى أن ذلك يأتي امتداداً لنهج هذه البلاد المباركة في خدمة الإسلام وتعزيز قيم البذل والعطاء.
ودعا رجال الأعمال والموسرين والمحسنين إلى المبادرة بدعم صندوق إحسان الوقفي والمساهمة في مشاريعه؛ لما لذلك من أثرٍ كبير في دعم الفئات المستحقة عبر منصة إحسان، وتعزيز التعاون بين أفراد المجتمع.
وسأل المفتي العام للمملكة، اللهَ تعالى أن يجزي الداعمين خير الجزاء، وأن يبارك في أموالهم وأعمالهم وأعمارهم، وأن يديم على بلادنا أمنها ورخاءها واستقرارها في ظل قيادتها، وأن يجعل ما يُبذل من خير في ميزان حسناتهم والمحسنين كافة.
The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom, Chairman of the Council of Senior Scholars, and General President of Scientific Research and Ifta, Sheikh Dr. Saleh Al-Fawzan, emphasized the importance of supporting endowment works and enhancing their charitable message; praising the blessed efforts made by the Ihsan Endowment Fund on the national platform for charitable work “Ihsan” in instilling the values of solidarity and compassion among Muslims.
He explained that endowment in Islamic law is one of the greatest acts of devotion and one of the most significant doors of goodness; due to its continuous benefit and ongoing reward, citing the saying of the Prophet, peace be upon him: “When a person dies, his deeds come to an end except for three: a continuous charity, or knowledge that is benefited from, or a righteous child who prays for him”; indicating that endowments are a noble form of continuous charity whose benefits extend in this world, and its rewards are preserved in the Hereafter, with God’s permission.
The Mufti praised the leadership’s care for charitable and endowment work in the Kingdom and the enhancement of its impact, noting that this comes as an extension of the approach of this blessed country in serving Islam and promoting the values of giving and generosity.
He called on businessmen, the affluent, and benefactors to take the initiative to support the Ihsan Endowment Fund and contribute to its projects; as this has a significant impact on supporting deserving groups through the Ihsan platform and enhancing cooperation among community members.
The Grand Mufti of the Kingdom asked Allah, the Almighty, to reward the supporters with the best rewards, to bless their wealth, deeds, and lifespans, to maintain the security, prosperity, and stability of our country under its leadership, and to make what is given in goodness weigh in the balance of their good deeds and those of all benefactors.
