تقدمت هيئة دفاع الفنان المصري أحمد عز بشكوى رسمية إلى وزارة العدل والتفتيش القضائي في مصر ، عبرت فيها عن تضرر موكلها من أحكام محكمة الأسرة الصادرة ضده، التي بلغت قيمتها السنوية أكثر من 2.5 مليون جنيه.
وأوضحت الشكوى -حسبما نقلت صحيفة مصرية- أن أحمد عز ملزم بسداد مبالغ شهرية تتجاوز 200 ألف جنيه، مشيرة إلى أن المحكمة أصدرت حكماً نهائياً يلزمه بدفع 30 ألف جنيه شهرياً أجر خادمة، إضافة إلى نحو 24 ألف جنيه إسترليني مصاريف دراسية.
أحكام سابقة
أشارت الشكوى إلى أن المحكمة ألزمت عز سابقاً بدفع 60 ألف جنيه شهرياً نفقة للصغيرين، و38 ألف جنيه شهرياً أجر مسكن وحضانة، إضافة إلى 30 ألف جنيه أجر خادمة، ومصروفات دراسية تقدر بنحو مليون جنيه سنوياً.
وأكدت هيئة الدفاع أن إجمالي ما يدفعه أحمد عز سنوياً لا يقل عن مليونين و540 ألف جنيه، معتبرة أن هذه الأحكام ضرر جسيم وظلم صارخ، مشيرة إلى أن مثل هذه القيمة لم يسبق أن صدرت في تاريخ القضاء المصري.
The defense team of the Egyptian artist Ahmed Ezz has filed an official complaint with the Ministry of Justice and the Judicial Inspection in Egypt, expressing that their client is harmed by the family court rulings issued against him, which amount to more than 2.5 million Egyptian pounds annually.
The complaint clarified – as reported by an Egyptian newspaper – that Ahmed Ezz is obligated to pay monthly amounts exceeding 200,000 Egyptian pounds, noting that the court issued a final ruling requiring him to pay 30,000 Egyptian pounds monthly for a maid, in addition to approximately 24,000 British pounds for educational expenses.
Previous Rulings
The complaint indicated that the court had previously obligated Ezz to pay 60,000 Egyptian pounds monthly as alimony for the two minors, and 38,000 Egyptian pounds monthly for housing and custody, in addition to 30,000 Egyptian pounds for a maid, and educational expenses estimated at around one million Egyptian pounds annually.
The defense team confirmed that the total amount Ahmed Ezz pays annually is no less than 2,540,000 Egyptian pounds, considering these rulings to be a grave harm and a blatant injustice, noting that such amounts have never been issued in the history of the Egyptian judiciary.
